convenient access to silver lake and other tourist places. location met my needs. i got free upgrade and enjoyed it. the hotel was situated very close to the kreuz bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast to the staff. The spa area was cozy and not too crowded, and the different spa options were enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide range of high-quality foods, including cold cuts, fruits, sparkling wine, and freshly pressed orange juice. Also, the staff at this hotel were attentive and friendly, which contributed to our memorable stay.

Some roome actually look out on tarred rooftops..since this is a rsort farf out in the fields not having a view is unaccepable. The hotel should close these rooms. There is very little to do at the resort other than have facials..massages...steam etc...idf you dont want to use the spa..dont go there.

This hotel's location is excellent, just a short drive from the Autobahn, and the Spanish restaurant nearby is not to be missed. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the bathrooms are clean and modern, and the service is fantastic. the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy any appetite. Guests can take advantage of the well-equipped gym and spa facilities, including a large indoor/outdoor spa area, saunas, and swimming pools. the staff is friendly, helpful, and always accommodating.

The bar and restaurant service can be slow, especially during busy times.

Where do I begin, if you can afford the price this is the place to stay. One of the best hotels I've ever booked- spa/pools/staff are second to none. Hotel room had an Italian marble feel, large room/large bathroom. Wow, wouldn't mind staying a month if I had the time!

5 km outside Speyer (30 min from Heidelberg), GPS is a must for 1st time travelers to the hotel.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve and it was a nice experience. the pool and spa facilities were great, and we enjoyed using them - a nice ending to the year. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was also convenient, close to the lake and a few shops, and easy to get to by car. the breakfast buffet was quite good, with a decent selection of food and drinks.

The room was a bit small and outdated. the heating wasn't working properly so it was quite chilly at times, and the noise from the street was disturbing.
